PARTIES

At Camp New For Kids, we offer the flexibility to choose the length of the party that you desire at a very affordable rate. Our open play set-up is all yours for your celebration!

Host your child's special day at Camp New! Rent our entire huge facility for your private event.

Don't cross people off your guest list!

Event Pricing: 

$199 per hour for a maximum of 20 children.

$40 per hour surcharge for up to 20 additional children.

Includes additional 30 minutes of set-up time.

$50 surcharge for additional 30 minutes of clean-up time.

$100 security deposit required for booking.

50 chairs & 8 tables are set up for your event.  If you desire more, we can provide them for you at $1 a chair and $10 a table.

Discounted catering available from Route 27 Pizza in Islip Terrace (menu provided upon request).

Parties include set-up and break-down of toy equipment, tables and chairs.

Decorations may be added to the facility (NO confetti). 

Food & decoration set-up/clean-up NOT included.

Guests must keep all food in designated table area and leave it clean at the end of the rental time.

**Please note, our only January slots left are on 1/2 and 1/3. First come first serve so act fast!

Otherwise we do not have weeknight, weekend or holiday availability between January - late March 2025 due to our affiliate soccer league needing the facility for indoor training during this time. (*First available weekend in spring 2025 is 3/29-3/30). We apologize for any inconvenience!

FAQ'S

Q: Can I host a different type of party other than a birthday party?

A: Yes! We welcome all types of parties at Camp New.

Q: What is the maximum number of people I can have at a party?

A: 100 people total, with 40 as the maximum number of children within that number.

Q: What ages are included in the children count?

A: Walking babies and ages 1-11 count. (Stroller babies and ages 12 and up do not count).

Q: Do I have to cater with Route 27 Pizza or can I bring in other food?

A: No, you can bring in whatever food you would like.

Q: Is there a party host?

A: A staff member will be at your event to check guests in, set up your tables/chairs, help you with what you may need, but it is not a “guided” event. It is an open play setting; all toys/equipment you see at an open play session will be set up the same way for your event.

Q: Can I have a vendor (ex. face painter, character, clown) come to my party?

A: Yes, please just inform us who will be coming and have them email us any insurance they carry with Camp New For Kids listed as additional insured.

Q: How do I book a party?

A: Email us at campnewforkids@gmail.com to check for availability. Once you’re ready to book, we will send you a rental contract with information on how to send a $100 deposit to secure your slot. 

Q: Can I bring in a cooler with ice for drinks?

A: Yes, you can!

Q: Will music be played at my party?

A: Yes, we typically play the Kidz Bop station on SiriusXM but you can feel free to ask us to change the station to your preference. As an alternative, you can connect your phone to our Bluetooth speaker.

Q: Is there any entertainment for older children/adults?

A: Yes! Our facility is great for the whole family! We have cornhole, a ping pong table, an air hockey table and small soccer nets that all ages enjoy. 

**Please note, our only availability in January, February & early March 2025 is weekdays (Monday-Friday) before 3pm as well as any time (morning/afternoon/evening) on 1/2 and 1/3.
